Dr. Sadegh Ebrahimi is a physicist specializing in the business applications of quantum technology, with a specialization in quantum sensing. His background in sensing, automation, digitalization, IoT transformation, and the deployment of quantum technologies in the disrupted sectors.

Dr. Ebrahimi has a Master’s in Physics from the University of Stuttgart and a PhD in Physics from Heidelberg University, including experience at the prestigious GSI Helmholtz Centre for Heavy Ion Research in Darmstadt.

Carla Hermann

On May 9, a ceremony at La Moneda, led by Ministers Carolina Tohá and Aisén Etcheverry, introduced the Expert Commission on Quantum Technologies. Carla Hermann, host of TXS Plus's "Let's Get Physical," is a member. The commission will develop a 120-day roadmap for advancing quantum technologies, delivering 15 recommendations to guide public policy and outline priorities for progress. The eight-member team includes experts from academia, research centers, tech companies, and the Ministry of the Interior. Hermann highlights the focus on quantum cybersecurity and preparing Chile for this technological transition.
